Blog promotion warning – Juaxoo
I don’t pretend that I’m any kind of blog promotion expert, exactly the opposite actually. I’m still learning….. don’t register with blog promotion site site Juaxoo. I thought I was going to get my blog listed in their blog promotion directory. Be warned! All they do is redirect you to submit your blog / website to the DMOS directory. You’ve got to be exceptionally cool to get listed on DMOS. I’m not listed there & no previous domain of mine is either.
DMOS is the total ‘guru’ directory that even Google respects. I know, I should have known better. A new blog with no PR, no comments & basically no following (yet, hopefully). I still submitted my blog’s domain just to see. Despite the Juaxoo claim, now proven as false, their site did not recognise their link on my blog. It did’nt add my blog to their directory.
Juaxoo blog promotion is a cunning internet scam! In the time it takes, 2-3 weeks, for DMOS to manually check your submission you’ve been duped. You’ve put the Juaxoo link on your own blog / website & in the 2-3 weeks it takes for DMOS to manually verify your site the search engine robots have picked up your Juaxoo blog promotion link. The search engines now think Juaxoo is cool for blog promotion.
All they sell is something based on holidays….
Anyone else fallen for this ‘get blog promotion’ scam? They are ranking Google P1 for blog promotion, a highly targeted search. I know! I searched ‘blog promotion’. Thankyou Kevin Kavanah! – I know that name from a UK newspaper – he has a column! I looked more closely at the other ‘Juaxoo directory results’ & realised Juaxoo are just pulling DMOS search results.
So sure… I’d love to get domain links out of this. Let’s be honest! Who would’nt! It’s more important that, one way or another, we let the search engines rule & do their job. In the mean time I’m happy if anyone with a way more popular blog than mine gets the word out for search terms ‘blog promotion’ that Juaxoo is not to be trusted for blog promotion.
