Brighthouse, council, West Yorks, has spent out £10,000 on pigeon awareness days! So ok, pigeons drop a lot of poo but £10k just to talk about it? They did have a good idea of putting a contraceptive in pigeon feed to help curb the number of pigeons. I think spending the £10k on the contraceptive drug would have been better!
£132 million a year spent on ‘ghost jobs’. These non jobs should be scrapped or get these civil servants retrained to do the jobs that are required. Personally I think there was some kind of Labour policy to create as many public sector jobs as possible in the hope that these job holders will vote labour. It’s the private sector that makes the money! PAY IT A LOT MORE RESPECT.
