From what I understand, she is setting up the deal through a legal brothel that her sister works at so she doesnt need to worry about being arrested for prostitution.
A medical examination can usually determine the virginal state of a woman. If men in dirty robes can determine it before a good ole fashion stoning or a be-heading in Saudi Arabia today then I think our western medicine can ‘pin her down’.
