The unlottery winning geo’s are picked using a random number generator program and Geo Sweep is both approved & monitored by the UK Gambling Commission. Runners up are any occupied geos in a block of 100 geo’s around the picked / winners geo. I’ve read the Geo Sweep random number generator technical info and as being an ex service technician (Xerox) myself the RNG theory appears to be as random as possible.
