Just had to pimp my pizza! It was a ‘off the shelf’ Goodfellas chicken fajita pizza. It just wasn’t loaded enough to be a great pizza so I ‘pimped’ it. I added sliced spring onion, sliced gammon bacon and extra cheese. I also added some Jamaican jerk spice to give it some ‘kick’ for my taste buds! Also added some vinegared ‘mixed pickle’ to be different.
I’ve taken a few photo’s but forgot to take a picture of the basic chicken fajita pizza before I added the ‘pimp my pizza’ treatment.
It’s in the oven right now! Hmm….. Hope it tastes as great as I hope it will! Any one reading this ‘off the wall’ blog post ever had to pimp a pizza to make it better? Comments please!

PS! My pimp pizza sure tastes good! Good job I added Jamaican jerk seasoning! Still hot & stimulating to my tastebuds! Heres what it looked like going into the oven.
Just go for it! Get creative and pimp your pizza, cook it and enjoy it! My pimped pizza when cooked, it really tasted great! Plus I got to hve a cold slice for breakfast…
