Health & safety gone mad stories…
Health & safety rules meant signs had to be put up warning fans of flying balls at, wait for it!, Southampton Football (soccer) Club.I mean, Du’h? Give the fans some respect! Bloody nanny state strikes again!
Meanwhile, loony Labour Communities Secretary Hazel Blears has sent out a risk assessment guide for playing park football. One check was that if teams were ready to compete or had a score to settle. Yet another divisive policy then from the Communities Secretary then. Stop bloody meddling! More to the point, stop trying to justify the pay packet for your pointless job. This is a typical example of PC / Health & Safety gone mad.
But we’re not done yet. Over at Cadbury chocolate’s they’ve started printing a warning ‘contains milk’ on, yep, you’ve guessed it, their milk chocolate bars. They don’t stop there. Cadbury Fruit & Nut bars now carry the warning ‘contains nuts, milk’. How dumb does the nanny state think we are! This is stating the blindingly obvious isn’t it? This is a typical effect of the nanny state dumbing us down. No wonder, under Labour, school’s performance has plummeted with many leaving school unable to read & write properly.
